Assumptions
By sharing Personal Data with Norton Surveyors, it is assumed that the Client consents to our use of the Data for the purpose of completing the Project that we have been instructed to undertake. In order for Norton Surveyors to complete projects, it may be necessary to share Personal Data with Approved Contractors, who in turn will share it with their Sub-Contractors. If this is the case you will be informed and your permission will be sought.
By instructing Nort Surveyors to undertake a Project on your behalf, we assume that you consent to our processing of your Personal Data in the ways outlined previously.
Norton Surveyors make the assumption that all contributors to our projects abide by the GDPR and as such Norton Surveyors are indemnified against the actions of Approved Contractors in handling Personal Data.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
